Eanes Heating & Air

Decided to try eanes again after the first misdiagnosed on another system. Well, same here did not troubleshoot components and went for the board or new system as usual. Well it was a 20 dollar pressure switch. I myself did the troubleshooting being an engineer. Just wasn't available when this happened. Easy pressure switch symbol and system works for 20 dollars! Not 2k for control board thay is less then 80 dollars or a new system

Had a whole house plumbing replacement and Keelan, Jeronimo, and Kameron ( great crew). got here on time at 8am today 1/21/26 and finished up the work around 10 pm. It was a big job and reasonably priced for what all they had to do! I am pleased with all the work! They answered all my questions that I had and explained it so I could understand. Cant give enough kudos to the three of them! I will hire Eanes again when necessary!

BE AWARE, crew will have zero regard for property lines or how they leave yours AND your neighbor’s yard. My neighbor was having service and Eanes literally put their sign in MY yard and laid out their materials on my lawn. I called the number on the truck to complain and was told someone would be contacting me about it. No one did. When I went down to take pictures and ask the materials be moved myself, it was even worse than I thought. A week later, I saw Eanes out again and walked over and told service man Wyatt I’d like him to see how my yard has still not recovered and he took a photo and said someone would call me. No one has. You can clearly see in the last photo the long term affect this is having and how neat and nice our yard was before as it still is by the sidewalk where Eanes

Got an estimate to install 10 small can lights. Their estimate was almost 3 times greater than other estimates. But wait, it gets worse. When I got the written estimate that had added $1000!. I asked why and they said that their service is worth it.

They serviced my HVAC Fall of 2024. Fall of 2025 they charged my credit card $62.98 without providing any service. When I called they said I signed up for an annual service which I never did. They said they cancelled any future billing and would issue a refund. I've called three times and still no refund.
