It’s been a pleasure working with this company. They have the information I’m looking for when it comes to my project. The owner came out to walk my property with me and go over what I’m trying to accomplish. The guys showed up right on time and knocked out what I needed done. The guys working seemed happy which says alot about where they work. They didn’t rush, and gave me more information after work was completed. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything that wasn’t needed. Thank you! They came out and fixed the septic. Abnormal property, took a lot of work. I appreciate it. Communication mishap caused $300 bill, pumped tank when i need pump checked, and delayed the fix by a couple weeks. I was driving back into town, so part of that is on me not denying payment before techician was there. I said just pay. Let's fix this. However, I really can't care now because the stress is gone, they fixed the issue, and are standing by their work. Thank you very much. We had a major plumbing issue at a time there was a lot of rain. Whiteford Septic came out in less than 24 hours and pumped out our septic tank when many other companies called could not provide that customer service. Additionally they even tried to provide technical assistance over the phone to try to alleviate the issue. Their team is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We were very pleased with them!

Had a fantastic experience with this company. We scheduled to have our tank pumped within the week but we were having leaking pipe issues. Called a few days before the appointment to see if they could come out earlier. They came out that day and still charged the normal price. Other companies wanted to change $200-$300 more for an emergency pump. The guy that came out to actually pump was beyond helpful. This is the first time we have owned a home with a septic tank and he was more than helpful with telling us what to look for and other tips. Can not say enough wonderful things about the great service that was provided.
