5 stars doesn’t do Excel Services justice because they go far above and beyond. They have the absolute best customer service! Bruce came out extra early this morning (on a Saturday) and was able to diagnose the issue was with our propane tank regulator. Not only did he squeeze us in his already packed schedule, but he also walked us through some potential fixes after hours last night over the phone. One of the nicest people we have ever met and very thorough and knowledgeable in hvac. If you have heating or air issues, definitely call Excel Services!

Can’t thank Bruce enough for his prompt response and repair of our furnace. He and his staff are professional and polite and made the experience stress free. It has been our pleasure being customers since 2012 and there is no one else we would call for our heating and air conditioning needs. Excel is the very best!

Bruce came out to fix my furnace during the recent cold snap. Not only did he identify an issue from the thermostat, but also found a wiring mishap from previous owners that was corrected quickly. My heat has never worked better. Highly recommend
