Had to replace the old rust bucket, Trane served me well for 30+ years. Both technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Earnest Heat /Air to anyone needing a new system or just maintenance on an existing unit. Thanks Noah, TJ and Tim, I appreciate all you did.

I'm so thankful for y'all! Dakota came out and serviced my unit and was awesome the whole time! He was such a nice guy and knew what he was doing! I'm so glad we chose y'all! It was 82°F before he showed up and it's now 74°F and lowering!

I have used this company 3 times because of my older heating & AC unit. All 3 service calls were promptly responded to and quickly resolved. Kind and courteous technicians! My go-to company!

The customer service lady I talked to on the phone was very friendly. The tech that came out wasn’t outright rude but wasn’t overly friendly. Didn’t get any kind of summary of what they actually did. Tried to ask some general maintenance questions and felt like I was annoying him. Their prices are a little higher than other places we called, but someone recommended them so we gave them a shot for an AC tune up. Just felt like our business wasn’t appreciated. Wasn’t much business, but I don’t plan on returning in the future if small jobs are done like this.

Extremely knowledgeable and fast service. They are the only outfit in town I trust with my geothermal units. They installed a new unit for me quickly and flushed my system. It’s never worked this good before. Excellent service and communication throughout. Highly recommend. EDIT/UPDATE: Kevin and his crew (Billy is top notch) continue to be the best in the business. By far the best experience I've had with any service technician/installers in any field. These guys are knowledgeable and will get the job done right, to your expectations. I was most impressed by Billy calling a day after an install just to ensure that I was happy with the work. Kevin continues to stay engaged well after the fact to ensure we are satisfied. I can't say enough about how good these guys are.
