Very unprofessional company as a company owner myself I understand things happen but when you do not hold yourself responsible for stuff that your crew has committed is what makes your company look bad it’s been over a year. This company sideswiped my pick up plowing and I still have not received their insurance for My truck to get fixed, very unprofessional for such a big company

While I can't speak to their services, I can speak to their aggressive and dangerous driving behavior. On 12/31 at about 12:30PM me and my family (including three young kids under the age of four) were aggressively tailgated by two earth care inc trucks in Hockessin. The first one passed us and nearly cut us off. The second one then pulled up behind us only feet away from our bumper in fairly heavy traffic for several minutes until he was able to get into another lane. Both trucks were large F250 or F350 dump truck style vehicles that could have caused significant damage to my family and others around them. Obviously more training and oversight is needed, but judging by the fact the owner doesn't care about how many bad reviews his business has received, I doubt anything will change.

Recently they did a job next to my residence. They blew straw all over a huge dirt pile at a construction site. During this process they had it all over our cars, patio furniture, grill, shrubs, drive and road. When asked if they planned on blowing it off the areas that aren't even part of the construction they got mad and drove away. I called the office and was told someone would call me back and that never happened. The way the staff handled this and the lack of a call back shows that this company just doesn't care about anything but the money! I would never recommend such unprofessionalism.

Recently settled on a brand new townhouse. We have been fortunate to have built 2 other homes so are very familiar with new yards / lawns. Earthcare are the ones that where selected by the builder to put in the whole developments yards / landscaping. Evidentially this is the kind of work that they do so I will let you be the judge if this is what you are looking for or not. I know my answer !! While they had a contract to clear snow for an entire community, secured in the summer, they elected to break the contract with no advanced warning only after 4+ inches fell and many calls to follow up. Beware.
