My whole experience with Shoemaker Heating went well. They responded to my text message about needing service very quickly. The technician Hunter that they sent out was very knowledgeable. He's very polite. A few parts need to be replaced on my heater. Shoemaker has offered a good price on just replacing the whole heater. I'm very satisfied with their service. If I'm ever in need of an HVAC company I will be using them again.

Needed my mini split serviced so I decided to give Shoemaker heating a try (Wasn't happy with my current HVAC contractor) They scheduled me the next day and the technician, Hunter, was great. My furnace stopped working on Super Bowl Sunday with having subzero weather. I notify Jake and he immediately came out and diagnosed the problem. He lent me space heaters to get me through the freezing night and came out the next day to install a new furnace. I highly recommend Jake's dependable company.

Saturday part of our well water system completely failed and we lost access to water in the house. I reached out to Shoemaker and they got back to me within the hour. Within several hours Jacob was on-site and was able to replace the faulty part. He did an amazing job was able to restore access to water. I would highly recommend using Shoemaker.
