Everything started out fine but quickly went down hill. I needed an all new HVAC system because of a basement flood. Their price was fair. The techs who did the installation were also great. The people who did the ductwork were horrible. They tore off my baseboards to put in a vent register and didn’t even put in the same size. They left all their empty boxes and junk everywhere -house and basement. I am in the process of selling the house so I don’t take WiFi. I can’t change the thermostat now because it locks after 100 hours. I called the “tech support” number to get the master code and no one answers. The whole job was $42,000. I paid $40k upfront with a cashiers check because the project manager wouldn’t let me finish a sentence that him using my debit card number wo

Mat and Angel were my installers. They were very polite, quiet, quick and fast. I’m so pleased with the service that they provided they even cleaned up after themselves. Mat Explained everything well enough for me to understand and what I should expect in the summer days also. It was just installed a few hours ago but so far I’m loving it. The house already feels warm and the system is really quiet. Thank God. Thanks Topline also thank you Josh And thanks, Matt and Angel you guys rock. Josh came out on Tuesday I could’ve had next installation , which is really awesome but I was busy so I scheduled for Friday The guys came out early within the timeframe that they said they were going to and got right to work This was the fastest service ever. I will definitely be using them again.

Yesterday I contacted Topline about a problem. I’m having in my old Stone house with an unheated basement. The floors are freezing cold or at least they were throughout the cold spell. Having white plank floors with gaps, the air was coming up like a wind The temperature of my parlor floor was 50° A rep came out and we reviewed the space and decided on a mini split heater for the basement To warm things up. They were able to schedule me for today and it was a seamless painless installation. The guys were great as they were when they put in my main system in the attic. This company knows Service.

Our furnace died completely on the coldest day of the year. They sent someone out quickly to get an estimate of what was needed and were very accommodating. Their customer service is top notch! They worked quickly to get us heat. The crew was very professional and did great work! Highly recommend!

We had a sales rep come in our house he started at $40,000 by the time he left he was at $20,000 and then I got a call a few days later saying they can give me an exclusive discount and it would only be $10k. So from $40k down to $10k??? Do you think they would have given me money back if i said yes at 40k? If you buy anything from these jokers you're being ripped off! Shop around and ask anybody about their reputation of marking it high to see if you'll buy at their insane prices. Try it say no during your appointment and watch them squirm and they will keep lowering the price even into the days to come. This is the new conartists. Really dishonest business.
