My very 1st interaction with Eary Termite & Pest Services was in 2022 based on great Yelp reviews. My repeat business today was based on my own positive experience with Joseph back in 2022. Which was also why I specifically requested for him to come again today. Mr. Carter is obviously a master of his trade craft. He is friendly, works efficiently/methodically, and leaves zero mess once the job is done. He and i get along very well with light conversations throughout the entire time he was in my home. I would definitely recommend Eary Termite & Pest Services to other folks; and would call upon Joseph again if I have future problems.

Joseph and Nick came out to do a termite inspection for me. Based on their findings, they determined I needed to tent the residence and have some wood replaced. They subcontract out their fumigation to AAA Fume Inc. AAA Fume ended up ripping off my chimney cap and damaging a couple of roof tiles during the tenting process but Eary fixed everything. Nick and Sterling did an awesome job with the wood repair and replacement. They are both masters at their craft and put in high quality work. Joseph and James are both great guys to work with and provide excellent customer service. My questions were always promptly answered and my concerns addressed. I recently got to experience Eary Termite & pest and I can confidently recommend. Their exceptional customer service and effective eradication of a roach infestation exceeded my expectations. From the moment I contacted the company, their professionalism and attentiveness stood out. The customer service representative I spoke to was James jr and he was was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to address all my concerns. He guided me through the process, explaining the treatment options and answering my questions with clarity. We used Eary because it had a 5 star rating. The phone operatior was friendly, polite, and honest. She quoted us a price and the warranty. Our technician was right on time. He was friendly, thorough, and professional. He took his time and did a great job, and did not rush. He explained the chemicals that was used and safety issues. Prior to leaving, he explained additional services the company also offered, but did not pressure us to sign up. After about 3 days, all the ants disappeared but a very few reappeared after 3 weeks. I notified the company, and they immediately scheduled another spraying within days. Same service tech came out, and resprayed. True to their warranty and promise, outstanding service. James was patient to explain everything I concerned. No matter what time I called James, he always answered or called back as soon as he could. They took their time and effort to investigate the entire house until they found out what kind of termites we’re dealing with, even showed us a booklet for how exactly are they’re going to deal with this insect. Overall very reliable, not only with the termite problem but also with the springtail that appeared last year in our house. Nice service.
