Easco did a great job getting my AC back up and running. Melvin and Nick were the fantastic technicians I had the pleasure of working with. They even loaned me a porable unit to keep the house comfortable until my unit was back up and running. Office and field personnel communicated with me every step of the way and even expedited the process by several days. From quality of work to customer service - 10 out of 10. Great job guys. We bought our home about a year ago and quickly realized the AC was well past its prime. Josh from Easco was honest, knowledgeable, and helped us choose the best system for our home without trying to upsell us. The install crew was on time, respectful, and made the whole process smooth. I felt completely comfortable having them in the house while home with my baby. I had a scheduled maintenance with Easco Air Conditioning and happened to have a water leak. The night before. Caleb returned my call that evening and we walked through a couple of things to alleviate the problem temporarily. The next morning Christian showed for maintenance and in the process found my plumbing leak. The following day Luis, Zach and Eric showed up and installed my new unit, which had nothing to do with the leak. The humidity in my home was high due to the leak. The following day Melvin came out and adjusted the unit to remove more moisture. I just want to say Thank You to all and report that they went above and beyond. Thank you, Thank you.
