Walter was an outstanding representative for EASE. He called to give me an arrival time which was at the earliest designated window. He was through, personable, and very informative. He gave guidance to help with items EASE does not cover to help save utilities for myself and the provider. He informed me of next steps and what to expect going forward, leaving a flyer with additional SoCal Gas programs. If you are eligible for the program, I highly recommend.
