East 37th Street Parking Garage

Used them for monthly parking for several months; no issues, car was always ready within a few minutes after notifying them, and they even helped me out with a jump when my battery died

Very dissatisfied because they scratched my rear bumper. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see it while in the garage when the car was returned to me. But, once I got home and the car was in the daylight , I noticed my rear bumper was scratched. They must have backed the car in too close to another car.
