This garage is great. I read the reviews so I knew that it would be better to reserve in advance, which I did. The app is super easy to navigate. The ramp going in to the garage is a little steep, but they have wonderful safety measures in place: an alarm when someone is entering or entering or exiting the garage, and well placed mirrors to navigate the turns of the (two-way) ramp. The staff were very nice. They were patient with me as I navigated opening the app to my confirmation, asked about my departure time, and had the car easily accessible when I came back to retrieve it. The check out attendant guided me up the ramp, which was really kind. Lovely little garage, makes going to my doctor appt so much easier than public transit. Thanks guys!
