The team was professional, punctual, and delivered high-quality work. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the final results look amazing. Highly recommend!

My experience working with Jose Montoya and his crew has been very good. Mr. Montoya's communication with me and the vendors has been seamless. I have not been available to help Mr. Montoya make decisions regarding material changes or additions and he has reached out to me and the vendors to mediate the situation and solve the logistics. He deserves all the credit for a job well done.

Jose and his team are very professional and so far the work has been excellent. Will update with some of this finished work. 2/11/26 After the floors were installed there were areas that needed to be addressed and Jose and his team fixed those areas and made it perfect. I can now say that the work is complete and I will come back to them for some additional work. Highly recommended!

Jose and his team will be our go to guys from now on for any home improvement need. Everything from helping design the space with patience and expert knowledge (giving pragmatic suggestions on layout and material) and an unbelievably fast turn around time that still prioritized quality and attention to detail, we really lucked out finding such a good contracting company to trust our space with. They were in constant communication with us, keeping us updated on the space and any issues that popped up and got us through permitting and inspections without a hitch, all within budget. Excellent work. On-time and cleaned up entire work area after installation of floors and replacement of dry-rot on the exterior. Highly recommended for home construction projects.
