Elegant Floors

This was top shelf service at a fair price. I believe in small business, it's personal, and you get the best service in my opinion, small business owners care about their customers. I was not disappointed. Work done ahead of schedule, no surprises, Marcos team was tidy, courteous and paid attention to details. My floors are beautiful and I we are really happy with them. I did get three quotes, this was the best one with a really nice product. We have a small house so we had the whole house done including our kitchen in luxury vinyl plank. This stuff is nice on your feet, and should hold up to kids and dogs! Happy customer here for sure.

We had Elegant floors do our main living area and four bedrooms. We are thrilled with the floors! First, Marco came with samples and gave us a quote.The men working were meticulous and paid attention to detail. They finished ahead of schedule too. I started working with Marco in May 2025 for our entire house floor replacement project. He was very patient and fully communicated with us. He answered all our concerns; and the project was completed based on his planning time line. He was very responsive to our calls, even after his team completed our flooring project. Awesome Job and Service. My Wife and I were looking to remodel our home with taking out our old carpet and replacing it with wood flooring. We had many questions as this was going to be the first time we were going to remodel the flooring around our house. Marco was able to answer all our questions and concerns. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Once it came time to install, they were very professional and ALWAYS on time as promised. They moved all my furniture as requested and worked with me if I had any special requests. At the end of the day they always made sure everything was picked up and cleaned. We love Elegant Floors. First I’ll start with Marco, he is so patient. I spent over 6 months choosing a floor, taking home samples, coming back for new ones. He never pressured me and always offered to help when I kept changing my mind. (I am really indecisive). Finally after forever I made a decision. We opted to re-floor the entire house so I wanted to be sure I would love it. His rates for the install and flooring were reasonable so we hired them to do the install as well. Install: Marco and his team are very skilled, detail oriented and efficient. We had them replace the floors in our entire house and they worked through each room efficiently but with care.
