East Coast Appliance Repair

I was so thankful to Matthew and East Coast Appliance Repair for their honesty and integrity in doing business. Matthew picked up a new dishwasher at Lowe’s and went to install it in a rental property of ours and discovered that the dishwasher really didn’t need to be replaced, the on off switch on the wall needed to be fixed. He returned the dishwasher and did not charge us. I felt terrible and paid him for his visit. Thank you again for your honesty and your customer service.

Had a Lowes service contract on my refrigerator - ice machine was broken. Rep from East Coast came out, looked at it said they were going to order a new part. Its one month later and have heard nothing. Called Lowes service help desk and was told East Coast had closed out the claim. So Lowes has scheduled another rep to come.

They came out on April 29th to look at my washing machine. Told me they had to order a part. He we are on May 29th and no response from them. Have been calling for 2 weeks and have had no calls returned. No response. Absolute ripoff.

I didn’t use the service and I’m not the one to try and ruin anyone’s livelihood. The driver in the white dodge could be a little more careful on the road.

They were very quick to come out when my dryer was broken.
