What a nightmare. Customer service is lacking big time. Had to constantly call them. Took way too long to get back with us. Had to order a gate and when it finally arrived it didn’t fit. So company sent someone out and he was able to fix it but had to add something to make it work. Bailey just had excuses, said it was measured correctly, if that’s the case then why did they have to send someone out (not even with their company) to retro fit it? Plus it took to long to just get the panels. 6’ black metal panels. I understand the gate took longer because it was a custom order. Make sure you ask all your questions if you have any. The estimate process was easy and the salesman was professional and responsive. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other local companies and the lead time was the fastest around. They had my fence permitted and installed in well under a month. I would highly recommend!

We had some damage to our aluminum gate due to the recent tornado that hit Mims, FL a few months ago. We contacted East Coast Fencing who referred us to Joe , The Gate/Fence Specialist. Joe was sick so we had to wait a few months until he was abled to get back on his feet. Let me tell you, he was worth the wait. Not only did he fix our gate, he also replaced a damage 2x2 wood plank on our fence and he built us a new shed ramp. He was a true blessing for us. He fixed everything in our yard that was damaged or eroded. Joe did all of these things for an awesome price. He was very polite, professional and has excellent character. My experience with this company has been exceptional. From the girls in the office to the installer, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The fence I had replaced looks amazing. The installers name was Tony. I highly recommend him for any installation. His work is impeccable, very detailed, great craftsmanship, clean and organized. My mom is 92 and needed an affordable high quality replacement fence with gate. Anne recommended Joe who did the work. The product and work was superb! What a nice guy too.
