Don’t call this number. It’s a service that contracts different AC repair people. You get transferred around talking to foreigners who keep asking what tproblem you are having. Finally, they say we have nobody in that area to service you, saying it’s based out of Sandiego.

I had my air condition unit serviced by a company about a year or so ago. I was charged $300. However, after about two weeks, when I got home from work, it had gone out again. I was reluctant to call the technician back because I was afraid it would cost me another $300 or more. In the meantime, I never took my large window unit out of the window and it came in handy for backup. I went the remainder of the summer using my window unit. So, this year I said I would try to find a reputable heating/air company. I was really afraid to call anyone because some of them try to get over on customers so bad. Anyway, I was led to call East Coast, formerly Dixon's heating/air. I called and made an appointment. He was very honest and didn't play games. He told me all of my options and said I could

I called around to different places to get quotes for my central air unit. This one was by far the best deal for the unit. The person who came out to work on it was quick, understanding and kind. He was very experienced in the field and had no trouble identifying the issues and fixing them without over charging. My new system works great.

Mr Dixon came right away when I was suffering from Covid with a broken AC in July! He was professional and knowledgeable. He even offered to go to the grocery store for me. I would highly recommend East Coast Heating and AC!
