East Coast installed a Mitsubishi minisplit system for us on the 2nd floor of our home. They arrived on time, very professional and did a GREAT job. Explained everything. I would recommend this top tier HVAC company to everyone. The employees were courteous and friendly. They cleaned up everything at the end of the install, which was that same day. This company is fantastic. They installed two separate systems on my property. The crews were very professional and straightforward. I would especially like to recognize Matt. He explained an initial at the homeowner-level and went far above and beyond to see the project through. He truly cared and I am very grateful. Such a little issue sure caused a huge problem! Coldest night in years and on a holiday the heat shut down. East Coast was quickly able to get us a temporary solution til morning when part distributors reopened. Quick confident service with a fair price. I will not hesitate to call them again for all the HVAC needs.

East Coast replaced my entire system 5 years ago, after an i Coil was determined faulty by general design from the previous unit. I've not had a single issue with the system or it's efficiency. And when a problem did arise, we found the culprit to be ants, not craftsmanship. Arrived on time, and effectively diagnosed the issue and had a part delivered, installed and we were done. 40 mins.
