Kaleb was great and offered excellent service. I’ve had him come out a couple times this past week for multiple plumbing issues (broken pipes, leaks, frozen pipes and septic system issues.) East Coast was able to schedule me next day and were accommodating to my work schedule. They would give me an hour’s notice so I could get back home in time to meet them. Their pricing is very reasonable and they did not charge me for any unnecessary work or upgrades which I appreciated very much. They were all around super easy to work with and will be my go to for future plumbing issues. Also had the pleasure of meeting Emory and Joel who were great as well. Highly recommend this company.

Jonathan M was so incredibly helpful! He took the time to explain everything multiple times and answered all of our questions without hesitation, even though we had him here past midnight working on the issue! He truly went above and beyond, I’ll be recommending him to anyone who need a plumber in the future. Even our kitties liked him!

Cannot recommend the services of this company enough! Very quick to respond and get you on their schedule, very professional, and flexible about what work needs to be done. A very huge shout out to Mr. Jon Machin who performed our repairs after this past snow storm left us without hot water, and was very open about all details involved from beginning to end. Should we ever need any work like this again, I know where we'll be hiring!

We had East Coast out for an emergency on a Saturday. Called in the morning and they had a technician here same day. Kaleb was professional and great to work with. Would recommend and we'll use again.

Over $500 to replace 2 ft of PVC pipe in 15 mins. If it's a small job, do it yourself folks, cause they charge your an arm and a leg they may have competitive pricing for large projects, but I won't be finding out. I would've given it you guys a one star if not fire the kindness of the plumber to knock the $99 fee off for showing up, bringing it down to $450
