Jon worked nonstop to get hot water to return to my house. He was pleasant and explained everything to me in layman's terms so I could understand what went wrong and how he fixed it. Once the necessary parts came in, he came right to my house and made the repairs. And now I have hot water again! Thanks so much, Jon M!

Chris B came out for an initial inspection of our pipe leak. And then came back to fix the problem. The work was outside. It was SO sunny and hot. And yet despite the heat, his work ethics are second to none. From the beginning to the end he was a true professional. And a shout out to the other two team members Will and Kolin. Had buyers reach out for plumbing issues, the tech Chuck said the lime needed to be dome with the bearings. Aka a 3000.00 job, we got a second opinion. We then realized Chuck just did not reconnect the plumbing to the well on purpose to scam clients out of thousands of dollars. The other company A & E plumbing had it working in 10 minutes.
