WORST MOVING COMPANY IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! If I could give this JOKE of a company 0 stars, I would!!!! This company damaged ALL of my items, NEVER answered my phone calls, gave me incorrect arrival and delivery dates, they even brought a VAN to pick up my items when I was moving - instead of a moving truck like a normal company would do. They REFUSED to compensate me for the damage THEY caused. I followed their "insurance" process and they offered me $82 for a 4k move. THEY LITERALLY STOLE MY CARPET AND THEN TRIED TO BLAME ME!!!!! I have been calling for weeks and don't get an answer. When I called today and FINALLY got through and asked for help after a horrific experience - Tim - was so nasty, he berated me, told me I was rude and "didn't understand". He

The mover today was very careful, pleasant, and friendly. He did a great job stacking boxes neatly and took care with the furniture.

The delivery was made very efficiently and smoothly. Alex assembled a couple of big pieces. A great person to work with and made my job very easy.

Very disappointing, the movers were always looking to increase the price. Would not move us until payed in full, 3 times!! Furniture was moved without being packed . My contract was with Colonial Van Lines, I guess they outsourced the work to them. Bad

This is the best moving company I have ever used. I had a terrible experience with another company and so I vowed to never use them again. A friend of mine recommended East Coast Van Lines Inc and they were such an amazing company to work with! They were professional, fair priced, and the movers were extremely fast.
