After today’s experience with East End Cesspool (Clear River Environmental), a five-star review was absolutely earned. The two gentlemen who arrived at my home were among the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable individuals I’ve encountered in a long time. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated my property with care. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes such pride in its work. My sincere thanks to the entire team for a job exceptionally well done. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Great company! Honest, fair prices and great techs. Rob was wonderful as well as the two technicians that came to pump my septic tank.

The company responded quickly to our septic system emergency (called late Saturday night and they were the first to call us back early Sunday morning!). James was on the job, analyzed the problem, recommended options, and did an amazing job! We were better than back to normal (installed new septic pipe and cover for septic tank, as well as new cleanout tube for cesspool - in addition to augering the line and pumping everything out) in a few hours. Great quality work by great quality technicians. That includes the other fellow whose name I missed who delivered and installed the septic cover. Overall I wish I could give them six stars!

This company got back to me on New Years Day, this year and were able to come and empty my septic tank and pool that had backed up. The service techs were quick and efficient. The company communicated clearly during the whole day giving me updates for expected time of arrival. I'm so happy with the service and customer service.
