Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Chris (aka chris62) was terrific! Old school quality, laid back pro! He was more concerned with costs then we were and in the end we decided to replace our 50 gal gas AO Smith water heater. He sized up the job, got the parts and was done by 430pm! Thanks Chris for a terrific job!

I called Roto Rooter and asked if they could send me the same technician that I had 6 months prior, Sept. 2025 for another job, which was a leaking toilet, I requested if they could send Their technician Abraham. ( This time I had a leak under my kitchen sink which stopped me from using my sink for several days.) Abraham returned. Abraham is a very efficient and knowledgeable technician, who is very professional, extremely polite and answered any and all of my questions and once again I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely use Roto rooter again. Thank you Roto Rooter and thank you Abraham for a job well done, Otra vez.

We had to call Roto Rooter due to a leak in our shower. Peter was phenomenal at diagnosing the problem, fixing it and educating the household about the internal issue we were experiencing and what we could do to prevent future wear. He was very straightforward about the pricing and finished the job in an hour. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Thanks Peter!

Peter from Roto-Rooter arrived within 2 hours to address our problem, clogged main drain line or trap. He was polite and very professional. He explained the charges before starting the work, and his estimate was accurate.

Plumber was good . However, after he was finished with the job, he told me he had to wait 1/2 hour as he was pu on brake so he couldn’t bill me until it was over . I needed to be somewhere else but had to wait till his brake was over. Might not use you again over that silliness
