Hardy plumbing has always provided my family and I with quality care. Most recently, we had an emergency situation that required immediate help. My husband and I reached out to Hardy because we already trusted them but they also provide 24-hour emergency servicing. When we made the call, the woman who scheduled our appointment was kind and quick. The technician who came to help us, Sean, initially called us when the appointment was confirmed to let us know when he would be leaving his own home and how long traveling to ours would take. This time estimate was very helpful, especially considering our issue occurring after typical business hours. Sean is excellent. He is friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to indentify a part for my shower body and repaired it when we were previously told we would have to replace the whole shower body.
