Everyone is exceptionally professional and courteous. Whenever I need an extra pickup or encounter an issue, the offices at various locations are always helpful and communicative. Additionally, keeping costs down is very important to us, and the billing department has been extremely supportive in helping us meet our needs.

Bad expericence. Garbage pick up was same as any other company. I stayed with them for around 6 years and joined autopayment. When I call and discontinued the service, they kept charging my credit card. I called four times and every time there was someone different anwering the phone and telling me that they could not control the autopaymet kept going but they were going to refund me the money, The las person told me there was not goint to be a credit card refund, but instead they were going to send me a check for the amount the next two to six weeks. Four months nave passed and I never saw a check neither a credit card refound from them.

All aspects are above and beyond. I have no complaints. Keep doing what you do 👍
