This parking garage provides simple navigation from entrance to exit. Upon exiting the garage, you must first press the "Confirm Receipt" button (if a receipt is required) for delivery of a paid receipt. If you fail to press the button prior to making your payment you will not receive a receipt. I learned this process upon my first visit to the garage. After questioning, the onsite customer "no service" attendant. He further stated that there is no receipt available after the fact. Needs security cameras and updated lighting. Other than that. No complaints
