EG oil is a family owned company and you will be treated like a member of the family. We have been using them for many years and always getting the same great service. I use them for both my places. Staff is friendly and honest. A few months ago our water heater broke and Steve did everything possible to get it replace as fast as possible, I don't think any other company would had gone above and beyond like they did. I highly recommend them.

We have been clients for several years and we do not have a negative thing to say. We were tired of the other oil companies being taken over by the “big box”. East greenwich Oil has been a wonderful company to deal with. You can call and speak with Steve anytime and he will get back to you with an answer. A few years ago, somehow, our oil supply was nearly nil. Steve explained that it was a computer generated issue on delivery. It was a cold, winter night and Steve came back late in the night to fill the tank. I’ll say that this is great service from a family owned shop! We recommend this shop to anyone!

Caring, honest and completely dependable. I had always had gas and oil was new to me when I leased a home in East Greenwich. Extremely disappointed in the service my client received from this oil company and he has been dealing with them for years. Did not respond to him on a service so I finally called after a week. Then 1 1/2 weeks later the co. calls back and says they can not do the repair. They have been loyal customers for 10 years. Appalling action and that owner needs a readjustment in customer service delivery!

We have been customers of EG Oil for over 30 years. They have always been professional, prompt and courteous whether it is routine service or an emergency. Three years ago hen we were looking to put central air in our house, we looked at a number of options. EG Oil was our choice based on our experience. They may or may not have been the least expensive, but we knew we could trust them if we had any issues - which we did not.
