East Hampton Appliance Repair

A scam!!! Beware!!! I called for service. He insisted I give home my credit card to be charged $165. For a service call. I asked how do I know you will show up and repair my appliance? He response “why wouldn’t I?” I said “because you already have my money” he hung up on me!

I called for refrigerator repair and had a similar experience as those who wrote boy how rude they are. The person who answered got annoyed when I Tried to tell him I understand it was not under warranty anymore and I wold pay whatever the cost will be and actually hung up on me. I called back, got voice mail, left a message trying to schedule an appointment nd no one ever returned the call. I used Aaron Refrigeration in Southampton instead-courteous, prompt and fixed it.

Disgusted with service. Technician arrived looked at the dryer said he will come back with the part and never followed up . five days later I called and the rep was annoyed because he couldn’t find the invoice and hung up.

Definitely hire this service if you want to spend all day waiting for nobody to appear, calling them over and over, getting a machine most of the time, but once having them assure you that they were running "a little late" and then never coming at all or explaining themselves.

Horrible service. Argumentative. Fixed nothing. Calling my credit card company to dispute the charge
