East Hampton Fence & Gate

I had an outstanding experience with East Hampton Fence & Gate from start to finish. The custom yellow cedar gates they built for my home is absolutely stunning — truly beautiful craftsmanship, and I receive compliments all the time. The entire team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. They understood all local regulations, communicated clearly throughout the process, and executed everything flawlessly. Just as impressive, they were meticulous about cleanup and left the site spotless. It’s rare to find a company that combines great taste, precision, professionalism, and care at this level. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend them without hesitation.

I had an old fence/ pergola with a wisteria vine causing much damage to the spindles. EH Fence and Gate came and measured the fence and offered to replace the damage parts without having to buy a whole new fence. They matched the replacement panel exactly to the existing fence. The workers were friendly, very capable and did a great job custom making the new fence parts. They went out of their way to make it work correctly and aligned the picket door so it would close easily. Much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Very easy process from receiving the estimate to installation. Also loved the the people in the office, very clear and responsive. And the fence looks great!

My experience with Sophie, Kelly and Brooke at EH Fence and Gate was great. All of these women are professional and very courteous. Unfortunately, the owner, Michael, is another story. I had not spoken to Michael since Nov. 2021 when I asked him to install a gate at the front driveway of my property. I emailed him a picture of the gate I wanted him to custom manufacture, and he sent me a bill of close to $15,000 to manufacture and install it (and this is a mechanical gate, not electric). Needless to say, I thought the price was too much. I then had someone in Brooklyn make the same exact steel gate and install it for $3,000. Fast forward to April 2025. I had EH Fence and Gate fix a pool gate at my property -- change lock and add hinges. No issue, not a big job. $500. And nice job
