East-Nor Cesspool Service is truly the best in the business! D.J. is incredibly knowledgeable, and I completely trust him and his team to handle any issues that come up. Because of the local water levels, we have to pump our system frequently, and they always make the process smooth and stress-free. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

East-nor cell pool company installed our septic and cell pools when we moved into our home. We live in a hilly area and the work had to be done with precision. Now as we replace retaining walls, East-nor is assisting us with this project as well. They have been super responsive to our call, came the next day as promised and will make the modifications to the pools to accommodate the new retaining walls. Highly recommended!

We hired East Nor to pump out an old cesspool. When we mentioned that last year the estimate was $800, one technician snapped, “That was last year. This year it’s $1200.” When I said, “Are you kidding me?” another tech replied, “I can pour it back.” In the end, we paid $1200 in cash — but we were not happy with the experience. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. No explanation, no breakdown — just attitude. Would not recommend. Edit: East Nor was hired through another company on 6/14/2025 to pump out an old cesspool during our new system installation. Multiple people were present at the time. The unprofessional remarks were made by someone clearly part of the East Nor team on site that day.

Chris and his family responded to a request to evaluate my septic system when I bought a new house. They took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of my system. They explained the maintenance I needed to have completed now, and what might come in the future based on the way my system was designed. They got right to work on my system and completed their work quickly. They also left my yard in very nice condition, despite having had to do some digging. Definitely recommend!

I was recommended to East Nor and Chris to help with my cesspool pump out. Their prices are higher than most companies, and had aerating and chemical 3 times over 1 year. I had lost my job during COVID and Chris had pumped my cesspool and we spoke about no aerating or chemical due to my finances on the last visit. As the expert Chris did not explain the importance of Aerating and Chemical, so we left off that we will see how long it lasts. To my shock it did not last 3 weeks!. I called in distress when my toilet was not flushing and expected some type of courtesy to aerate and put chemical. The response was we don't guarantee our work or care to help you with cost, we will come and you will have to pay full price!. I was told, call another company, if I am not satisfied! Wow!!! Shocking,
