I used the Jose Garcia Pereira Company to repair water leak damage in my 1st floor coop that was caused by a 2nd floor toilet. At one point, the water was dripping. There was mold and mildew. They had to open more of the bathroom ceiling, remove and replace water damaged insulation, replace double sheet-rock and repaint. The job was completed in one day. My bathroom was spotless and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend this company. They were terrific to work with.
