East Portland Sash

The East Portland Sash team is fantastic! Geoffrey and his team did an amazing job restoring our 1950's sash windows. They took plenty of time to answer our questions and teach us about our windows while restoring them back into operation. The end product looks and works great. They kept the work areas clean and took great care while in our home. I'd use them again any time I need window work!

We had an unfortunate event of a coupe of rocks being thrown through a front window of our short term rental. The house was built in 1943 and the window was an original. I needed someone skilled in repair/replacement of old windows to replace the broken panel as quickly as possible. I restored other windows in the house myself, so I knew this was not a job for a typical window company. I contacted Geoffrey through their online quote request. We connected the next day and he was able to get us scheduled within days. His team completed the work both quickly and beautifully on one day. I was very pessimistic that I would get this resolved so easily. Very grateful for their service and work.

I called East Portland Sash about some old wooden stained glass windows I was looking to restore. I met the owner, Geoffrey, at the shop and he took his time considering my project, talking me through it and explaining the process and giving me great advice. He is a master craftsman, and so knowledgable. It was a wonderful and rare customer experience. Looking forward to collaborating with him.

East Portland Sash made beautiful, house appropriate storm windows for our WHOLE house. From the first appointment through the measuring and installation they demonstrate their knowledge of the craft as well as the art of building and are always professional. The carpentry and finish work is excellent. Easily 5 stars!
