East Texas Crete

We hired East Texas Crete to apply a floor coating at our new commercial shop location. Unfortunately, the finish is peeling and failing, and it is clear the floor was not properly prepped before the coating was applied. The concrete surface was left extremely smooth, and the coating is now coming up easily with a hand scraper using only one hand. This is not normal and indicates inadequate surface preparation. As a result, the coating is separating from the concrete in multiple areas. This failure has caused major delays in our shop move, including holding up equipment installation, lift installation, and overall setup. It has cost us time, money, and momentum. We have had our polished concrete floors for a year and half and still falling more in love with them everyday! There are so many colors. Super easy to clean and care for. Just dust and mop. Company is very friendly and helpful. When they first did my floors I didn’t have electricity so some spots were missed. They came back out and redid. Couldn’t find a better company. So helpful when trying to decide what would fit our home best and how to care for it. Highly recommend
