East Texas Foundation Repair

I paid nearly $10k for slab and pier & beam foundation work. The slab was done, but there is no evidence the pier & beam work was ever completed. When I asked for documentation, they admitted they had none and then refused to communicate in writing — a huge red flag. A separate inspection confirmed no pier & beam work was done. I’m now pursuing Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection and BBB complaints as well as going to small claims court. BEWARE.

This company sure took care of all of our foundation needs, very knowledgeable and professional. Etc got the job done in a timely manner and sure put us at ease! A+ HATS OFF TO YOU ALL, INCLUDING THE GREAT OFFICE STAFF!
