Colin, the owner and technician, performed in an excellent manner in all aspects of the repair process. He was timely, a good communicator, knowledgeable, and efficient, while still being personable. Would highly recommend him and his company!

Very impressed with the level of service from East Valley Mechanical, from the first call with Julie for scheduling, to the Technician Colin that came to our home. Our AC was completely off and it was 103 in Phoenix today. We were able to get on their schedule, diagnosed and up and running by 6pm. I’ll be calling back and referring everyone I know that’s looking for a great AC company.

Had to have the warranty company send out east valley mechanical and couldn't be happier with Colin and his company. The appointment and scheduling as well as working with my warranty company is top notch. Colin is always on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. Great company they repaired my heat in 30 min or so from eletrical wire when 2 other companies could not and 3rd didnt even answer. I recommend 100%. Wish my warranty would use them more.

On one of the hottest days of the year our AC goes out and the company assigned to my home warranty claim can’t make it out for 5 days, but after begging them for a quicker option they were able to get Colin from East Valley Mechanical out in a few hours. Colin came to our rescue and had our AC up and running with a hour. He was friendly, explained the issue to me in terms I could understand and cleaned up everything. We will definitely be using East Valley Mechanical when we have our next AC issue.
