Called Eastep this morning. Spoke with Matt first, friendly and helpful. He sent Dillon my way. And Dillon was also friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and got my system fixed up. He was efficient and nice to deal with. And Eastep has very fair rates!
I never leave reviews unless I get earned and Matt and his team definitely earned it. They were phenomenal from start to finish had an appraisal on my house and they gave me a huge list to get through. They came out immediately Got all the work done in just a couple of hours even did some of the piddly stuff for free. These are truly good people.
GREAT COMPANY!! Family owned and trust worthy. Dillon came out on time. Cleaned and fixed a part on my unit. Started cooling immediately. Would highly recommend this company.
