I have used Eastern Fuel for over a decade, and their customer service is fantastic! They installed my new oil burner and have delivered oil and serviced both my old and new burner for years. Whenever I call with an issue, an actual person answers the phone, no annoying robots. If there is an emergency, which has happened in the past, they send a technician out quickly. I highly recommend this company without reservation.

Ever since I moved back to Connecticut, I have been a customer of Eastern Fuel! They are the best. They are always there when I need them, even came when I had a problem during a hurricane. All the staff at Eastern are friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I did….my niece became a customer when she bought her home in Bethany.

My fuel is always delivered in a timely fashion, especially if a serious storm is forecasted. Their service is reliable and trustworthy! They always respond to emergencies quickly. I love that they have an oil price cap plan which I have benefitted from.

They have taken care of all our home heating needs for more than 50 years and all that time the service has been exemplary; they are there as soon as we call and all the employees we have dealt with have been so kind and capable.
