Victor the installer did an excellent job installing and informing me what to do in 6 months to keep the mechanics working perfectly. I had a power outage this morning and after the power came on he came back to finish and explained all that I needed know. Very polite and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my new garage door. The main spring on our garage door broke and we called Eastern Garage Door. Their technician, Victor came out the next day. Victor was on time, very friendly, and was a complete professional. Within an hour, he fixed the spring and had the garage door working better than before! Victor was fantastic! I appreciate his expertise.

We have a home built in 1894 that has a carriage house. The carriage house doors were very old wooden ones that were falling apart. Eastern Garage door was our go to for the door replacement. Victor came our and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them.

Setting up an appointment was quick and easy and the technician, Victor, was excellent. Diagnosed and fixed one of the issues on the spot and I'm having them come back with some custom trim to fix the other issue. Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
