Agustin did a fantastic job with rebuilding our bulkhead door foundation and installing a paver walkway and patio. He gave us a reasonable estimate and was flexible as our project evolved. He communicated well and completed the work as planned. The overall quality of his work was outstanding. We will hire him again. I highly recommend!

My house is about 150 years old with a stone foundation. During heavy rain storms or after a spring thaw, I would get water in the basement. The previous owner installed a sump pump, but it was not done correctly. The existing slab was a mess too. It was uneven, there were cracks everywhere, and it was not very thick. The air quality in the basement was poor, very damp and musty, which over the years caused the joists and supporting beams to sag. I wanted to deal with these problems once and for all, so I hired JE Masonry & Landscaping to remove our basement slab, install six permanent lally columns, install an interior French drain with sump pump, and pour a new 4” thick basement slab. Great company, easy to deal with and excellent workmanship. They committed to five days to have the project completed and they did just that, they went the extra step to make sure our patio was built top notch and that we were happy with the outcome, once they were done they adjusted our sprinklers and added new soil and seed around the new patio and point of entrance to our back yard. We would highly recommend them.
