Best hvac supply company I’ve ever worked with! I came in for a part, and it turned out that wasn’t the broken component. Instead of sending me home to figure this out, Monte took the time to test the part I had brought in to replace, discover that it was working just fine. He then talked me through my problem, and helped me get to the bottom of it all! My family has heat tonight because of Monte! No other way to put it! When we do have to replace this furnace, or for any parts we need, we will definitely come back to Eastern. Thanks guys!!
