Customer service was horrible. They must hate their job

I am new in the area and a 1st time home owner, I needed a 20 inch water filter for the inline to the house and Kim said I need a different one for the house. 5 micron not 20 micron. Thank you for your help Kim !!!

Fantastic, friendly customer. Stopped in at 7 AM to inquire about my broken faucet in a hard to get white finish. Kim at the front desk couldn't have been any more helpful in locating exactly what I needed and having it delivered to their store by 4 PM the same day. Would definitely recommend this store for all of your plumbing needs.

I needed a replacement effluent pump for a septic system. Not only did EPSCO have exactly what I needed, the price was right in line with what competitors sell for online. I was relieved that I didn't end up paying more since I'm a homeowner and not a contractor with a regular account. They're a great business who makes buying local a good experience.
