Miguel came to our new home as scheduled. He did a very thorough evaluation of our systems, carefully set up his equipment to clean and sanitize our ducts and dryer exhaust. He even gave attention to our bathroom exhaust fans when asked. The house smells pleasant and my home purifier reading dropped from 48 to .04 within an hour after completing the service. Money well spent! We will definitely invite Eastern Shore HVAC back for service in the next few years as recommended. Thank you Miguel!

Had them come for a second opinion re: a no-heat furnace issue. The other company (A.J.P) said I needed extensive repairs up to $3k for an inducer motor, etc. My tech Matthew came out and solved the issue within an hour, (cleaned inside furnace drainage) no parts needed, just a service call. Phew!!! Could not be more grateful for that!! Extra bonus, the tech was super nice and explained everything.

My heat broke and I called them and they were so nice and accommodating. The booking of the appointment was easy and they came out within a few hours. Steven Elliot is a legend and I thank him so much for fixing this. Great company and I will always use them going forward.

Great prompt response. Very knowledgeable and professional. Told me how to watch for another potential issue and how to diagnose as well as possibly fix it myself. Reasonable as well. Will likely call again for future needs
