we're a property mgmt company and i'm not sure what some of the low reviews are about. of all the contractors we use (plumbers/electricians/handymen/hvac/etc) this is probably our most reliable in terms of service and efficacy. that they're knowledgeable and easy to work with is really a bonus. we've used eastern for a while now, and they've always been prompt and professional. great pricing compared to the national companies and have proven to be quite resourceful.

I had a bunch of roaches and termites in my place and no one could get rid of them except Eastern. They knew what they were doing and did a great job. I’m so happy that I don’t have to deal with those creepy crawlies anymore! It was easy to book them and they came on time. I didn’t even have to leave my room while they did their thing so I could still work while they sprayed.
