Can't say enough about how well Eastown did this project for us. I've done a lot of projects at multiple houses I've owned, and have interacted with dozens of contractors and businesses over the last 15 years and this has been one of my top experiences. Particularly challenging project this time with so many rules and permits for the city and the historical society for our historical home in Grand Rapids. From initial quote, to filling out permits, to arranging work days, etc. the front office staff and Brad were great to work with at every step. The carpenters/workers showed up on-time (technically actually early), worked all day, kept us informed along the way, and managed to cut a huge hole in the wall and install antique doors with a custom frame all with us living in the home and not

This was our first time building a new home. Jake and his crew were great to work with. Jake walked us through all the steps. Any concerns or questions we had, he addressed immediately. Erin's design expertise was invaluable. Our home was finished ahead of schedule and within budget!

Brad did an excellent job in answering questions and detailing out the project for us. The crew were hard workers and good communicators. We had to have the front of our house removed and replaced (stone, siding, wood) due to water damage. I highly recommend this company for any sort of home construction!

Eastown Construction quality work was great and their communication through the entire process was top notch. I would recommend them and plan on using them again.
