They completely gutted my bathroom and did a stunning job—the attention to detail and craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations. Samir and his team did a total renovation of our kitchen. This was our first renovation project and we didn't really know where to start but they guided us through the whole process. Samir spent a lot of time discussing our requirements and gave us good advice, helping us decide on the design, cabinets, appliances, tiles and decor. The contractors were also great - they were respectful, kept everything clean and tidy, and did a great job. Everything was completed within the originally quoted budget, and we were very satisfied with the result. We love our new kitchen!

Samir and his team recently completed the third renovation project that they have done for us. The first was a kitchen renovation; the second was a renovation of our main bathroom and bedroom; and this most-recent project was a renovation of all remaining parts of our apartment – the living room, the second bedroom, the second-bedroom bathroom, and the powder room. This included removal of all remaining “popcorn” from the ceilings, laying of new Havwoods flooring, installation of new closet doors on three closets, and a complete rebuild of the bathroom and powder room. East Side Design and Building Bathroom Renovation review Let’s start this review by saying we LOVE our New Bathroom. Margus and Jorge did a great job on the construction side. From the demolition to the finishing touches, they communicated with us to make sure we were all on the same page of the plans. They put down paper and plastic to protect our floors and walls. They established a work zone to keep the dust down to a minimum. They were open to answer all our questions. The timeline took a little longer than initially estimated due to, in our opinion, poorly managed logistics. We should note, we only had one bathroom and a tight timeline to use a neighbor’s.
