Eastway Parking

From March 27 - April 1, 2025, I used the Eastway Parking Garage while I stayed at The Time Hotel across the street from the garage. I was traveling from out of state and was a bit apprehensive about using this particular garage after reading so many negative reviews. I took a chance and used the facility. When I pulled into the garage two gentlemen from the office came to the car and took my keys. They were very nice and extremely friendly. When I returned to pick up my car on April 1, one of the men came out of the office and said you have the Subaru Forester. He remembered. My car was brought up quicky and the other man that was on duty when I came into the garage on March 27 came over and put my luggage in my car. It was very thoughtful of him. DO.NOT.PARK.THERE!!! THEY LIE TO PEOPLE! We were supposed to take the car from there at 7pm and they told us the price $75. As it turned out, they lied to us and told us to come later so we pay more! We came there at EXACTLY 8:55am! The guy told us that we should pay at 8:55am because that's when 24 hours had passed since leaving the car there. We had some problems with a card but it took us 5 minutes! When we wanted to pay, that guy told us totally different and higher price. It was not even na additional hour it was more than that! When I talked to that really annoying and mean guy he said he can't do anything about it. He was yelling at us all the time. He didn't want to help us even if we didn't do anything wrong. He behaved as if he was not a human but a robot with no emotions. IT WA

Who do I talk to because we were overpriced? $110 for overnight parking? And I was yelled at when I tried to explain we were quoted a different price. Do not park here. Edit: This is incorrect. We may have been a little late, but certainly not 11 hours late. I know this because we arrived at our hotel in the afternoon, and we left approximately the same time the next day. I would have explained this, but we were being yelled at, and it was easier to take the loss. It’s water under the bridge, but do better in the future.

They damaged my bumper and muffler and didn't care. Very rude from the beginning. Do not park your car here.

Rudest people I’ve ever met. DO NOT PARK HERE! When we asked to move our car out of the way to change our 3 babies (All under two) quickly before our 2 hour ride home the guy blatantly told us “No, you can change them on the streets.” Not to mention that there were other comments made from these people. There was plenty of room to move the car back to be out of the way. Needless to say they will be getting a complaint tomorrow as well as a report to the BBB!
