New update 12/5: I've been calling Ian, Vice President, for over a week now...cell and office... nonresponsive. The crew in my HOA are careless at their job still causing damage to my vehicles. They cut for the HOA but they have scratched my personal car with their weedeater or edger...they also blow the grass and it's on our cars...they edge right next to the car and it throws dirt up against the car...see my pictures for the dirt and scratches. I've been calling and no one answers. There is a reason they were $25k less than other lawn service companies...you get what you pay for.

Terrible. They cut my lawn through my HOA, and they are careless and in a rush. The lawns always look sloppy and not professionally manicured. Their blades on their mowers need to be replaced, as it cuts in different heights. Just recently last week, they ran over a newspaper in my driveway, littering little pieces on newspaper everywhere. All over my grass, in the shrubs and flowers, then crumbled up the rest of it and put it in front of my mailbox. I had to call them and they sent someone out to come clean it. Now today, they guy edging cut through my UVerse line that was just installed Saturday morning. Now causing me to have no cable and Internet, and I work from home. The earliest appointment from ATT is on Thursday, it’s now Monday. This is insane. The owner has the nerve to come

I spent thousands in landscaping and they weed wacked ALL of my gallon sized asian jasmine. Some of them back to ground level the rest topped off at 2-4 inches. They were mulched and could not be mistaken for anything except new plantings. The letter I wrote to my homeowners assn. was forwarded to them but I did not hear a word. If you have to use them (like I do) cordon off areas, as they seem to not understand what constitutes landscaping. I would not even give them a one star.
