This is rip off, I parked by the court house, I swiped my credit card it was $2.00 but on my bank statement it was 3.10, that's a dollar + more than what was stated on the machine, and I left before my time was used up so I won't do that anymore of course I will call them for a refund but I doubt it will happen. More to come, it's best to have quarters. I Sigest you take a cell photograph of the machine with your time and price.
