Called to get a quote for my business. I made it very clear prior to Troy giving me a quote what I wanted cleaned. He told me he was going to be at my store on August 6th. He texted to inform the weather looked bad but it would be that week. He never showed so I asked him on Aug 20th when he’s got us scheduled which he said he could do the 27th. On the 27th, Troy called me to confirm what he was cleaning. My employee told me he told her $50 more than what we were quoted on. I called him to question why it was $50 more and he claimed he was under the impression of something else. I put my house up for sale and needed the house washed and windows done for the open house. Troy did such an amazing job!! The house looked freshly painted, yet I hadn't painted it in 9 years. The windows were so clean that I almost walked through the patio doors, thinking they were left open. To make it an even better experience, he power washed the back patio while power washing the house. Everything looked brand new by the time he was done. He gained a repeat customer for life!
