He provided several options to choose from and was great at answering questions over the next few weeks as we got quotes from multiple companies and decided on which heater was best for us. We ultimately ecided to go with Ebelution because we wanted another Rheem (our previous heater was a Rheem and was still running after 28 years!) and they were the only company in Rapid who sells that brand. We had a ducted heat pump installed in the last week of December to beat the deadline for 2025 tax credit, to replace our aging heat pump. We decided on the Mitsubishi ducted Hyper Heat unit which can run down to 5° at 100% capacity and added a 10 KW heat kit as a supplement for the extremely cold nights. We live about 40 miles from Rapid City. They called as the they left Rapid City and promptly arrived 45 minutes later. Two installers completed the install in one long day (no breaks). They were very knowledgeable of the Mitsubishi equipment and gave me a tutorial of the wireless thermostat. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. It runs flawlessly and is super quiet. Terrible customer service. They installed my Mitsubishi mini split and have worked on it numerous times with the same issues going on. While working it, they have broken parts off and gave me the run around to getting them fixed. Originally they told me they would fix the broken parts. I have had to call them after months of silence and they told me they would call me back. I had to recall them and once again told they would call me back. This has been a 8 month process with still no word from them. They are happy to take your money but don’t back their work.

We signed a contract to have our new home system installed. We paid half down to purchase the equipment. We had an uncomplicated rough in done and the heating unit installed. We received paperwork for a small claims case wanting 1,700 more plus over 2,000 additional charges wanted on top of original contract to finish the rough-in, install air unit, vents, controls and get system up and going. We never received a change order for reasoning on higher prices. We also received no cooperation to try and find a resolution to the unreasonable up charges and not installing paid for equipment. Would not recommend this company to be an honest business to work with.

We installed a Mitsubishi mini split and fixed a leak with an existing heat pump. Lee came out exactly when expected, was very thorough and professional. He took his time to trouble shoot our existing heat pump and install the mini-split accurately and professional looking. Even after finding he needed an additional piece to complete the job, he was back out within 2 days to finish it. We could not be any more impressed with Lee and Ebelution and strongly recommend their services. ALSO, and very important too, they cost us about 40% less than a different contractor we received a quote from about 3 months earlier. This is a great business who knows how to treat customers right!
